I’m a creative visual communicator based in Winnipeg, Canada. I have been working in various design fields for quite a number of years amassing a wide range of creative design skills. I have a keen sense of the power of visuals in any design and advertising campaign, with the rare ability to blend the visual elements in both print and electronic media. Consistently coming up with visual materials that even overcome the limitations of media used.
I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts major in Advertising Arts from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. I also took advance studies in the field of Visual Arts at the Asean Institute of Arts also in the Philippines.
I have worked with the biggest food and beverage conglomerates in the Philippines, San Miguel Corporation, as art editor.
My art direction experience spans work in a British-Arab publication and design firm in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Falcon Publishing WLL, where I designed various high quality tourism and property - oriented magazines and coordinated editorial and advertising work with the firm's editorial office in London, UK.
In 1996 I established Art Source Creative Development, a design boutique that offers bespoke creative services to a wide range of clients.
In 2000 I joined Wizzard Technologies, Inc. a company engaged in customized business & financial solutions and web development as GM/Executive Creative Director. Before migrating to Canada in 2009, I was a special lecturer at Collegio de San Juan de Letran where I taught Desktop Publishing and Creative Development & Execution to junior and senior communication arts students.
I’m presently working with the NDP Caucus in the Manitoba Legislative Assembly as Project Manager for Creative Services.
